Administrative Assistant

For an international company based in Hoofddorp I am looking for an Administrative Assistant (Team Assistant) for a period of 2-3 months.

Location: Hoofddorp

Contract: 2-3 months (from around half July)

Administrative Assistant role:

In this function, you will be responsible for supporting the teams in broad administrative and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Typing and editing correspondence
  • Preparing documents using Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Booking staff travel arrangements
  • Coordinating office events and meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Arranging office supplies
  • Involvement in special projects when needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in administrative jobs
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a pre
  • Further desired skills: excellent administrative and communicative skills , highly motivated, team worker and flexible
