Administrative Assistant

For an international company I am looking for an administrative assistant for Technology Department. You will be reporting to the Approval Engineer and you will be working together with the colleagues at this department.

Administrative Assistant role

In this function, you will be responsible for the administration of the product certificates and also related external standards. Well-structured administration and knowledge of how to create and work with relational database is strongly required.

In addition, you will be responsible for handling the administrative work of product designing /defining documents in our SAP PDM application. Together with the technical documentation engineer, you will be asked also to add product bill of materials to SAP PDM .

Responsibilities

  • Full administrative management of product certification and test rapports
  • Maintain the contact addresses and contact people
  • Establishing a database for managing the certificates , test rapports and ongoing certification projects
  • Managing and ordering external standards
  • Backfilling the purchases of the products/services for Technology Department
  • Entering Technical Product Data in SAP PDM

Requirements:

  • MBO level
  • At least 2 years' experience in administrative jobs
  • Knowledge of technical administration
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Further desired skills: Excellent administrative and communicative skills , highly motivated, team worker and flexible
